Private + Semi Private Lessons

Private Lesson

We work with individuals at all levels of fitness and experience. You will learn Pilates on Gratz equipment  and strength train on a versatile cable and pulley machine complimented with free weights. Each 55 minute class will address your fitness goals with a focus on strength training, stretching and precise and controled movement.

Semi Private Lesson

Work with a partner for 55 minutes on the mat, barrels and Cadillac/Tower learning the foundational exercises designed and taught by Joe Pilates combining strength training, stretching and precise and controlled movement.
